When selecting products online you can choose how you would like to make payment from 4 different options. We also take telephone orders and accept 4 different forms of payment on this too. In addition to these options UK Groworks is located in 3 areas; Brighton, Northfleet - Gravesend and Welling - Kent. Here you will find our wide range of products and our fully trained specialists to advise you with your needs.
The 4 different online and telephone options have been provided to make shopping at UK Groworks simple and suitable to our customers' individual needs. These options are: Online Order (Payment via Card, Cheque, Postal Order or Cash) Telephone Order (Payment via BACS, Cheque, Postal Order or Cash).
Online Order - Card Payment:This option allows you to shop online 24 hours a day, selecting products online and making payment using a visa or debit card. The process is simple, straight forward and secure.
The simple steps involved in this process are:
1. Select products online
2. Add products to the shopping basket
3. Click on Checkout, log in using your username and password, or as a new customer, set up a new username and password
4. Choose to have your products delivered to a residential or business address
5. Enter your credit or debit card details
6. Confirm all details, your order will then be dispatched.
Online Order - Cheque, Postal Orderor Cash Payment:
This option allows you to select the products that you want to purchase online, by selecting the products you will create an order number. This number is then used as reference and should be stated when contacting UK Groworks.
The simple steps involved in this process are:
- Select products online
- Add products to the shopping basket
- Click on Checkout and select pay by cheque or postal order option or select pay by cash option.
- Write your order number, full address for delivery and telephone number on the back of a cheque or postal order. If sending cash then include this information with the money. We recommend sending all money via Special Delivery.
- Send your payment to UK Groworks (address below)
- Your products will be dispatched on receipt of the cheque, postal order or cash
Telephone Order - BACs Payment
This option lets you call us and create your order over the phone. You will be given an order number and you will then need to transfer the money for your order into our account.
The simple steps involved in this process are:
- Call UK Groworks (number below)
- Tell us your order and we will work out your total price.
- You will then be given an order number and our account details.
- Pay the money into our account using the order number we have given you as a reference.
- Upon Receipt of your money we will dispatch the goods.
Telephone Order - Cheque, Postal Order or Cash Payment
This option also lets you call us to make an order over the phone. You will then be given an order number. Payment can then be made by you sending us a cheque, postal order or cash.
The simple steps involved in this process are:
- Call UK Groworks (number below)
- Tell us your order and we will work out your total price
- You will then be given an order number
- Write your order number, full address for delivery and telephone number on the back of a cheque or postal order. If sending cash then include this information with the money. We recommend sending all cash via Special Delivery.
- Upon receipt of your money we will dispatch the goods.
