UK Groworks offer delivery to UK, Europe and Worldwide, *subject to type of product ordered in relation to your country's relevant laws - please check this. UK Groworks accepts no liability for customers risking shipping products that are illegal in their country.
All orders that are made before 4pm will be processed and dispatched that day (Monday to Friday) * Subject to products being in stock at time of purchase.
Orders made on Sundays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery for Large Orders
All large orders over a weight of 2kg will be dispatched using Parcel Force and a signature will be required on delivery. If you are not at home when the courier calls, a card will be left with details about how to reschedule your delivery.
The service via Parcel Force will be the Express 48 Service - 2 working day parcel delivery across UK.
For Large International orders the same service applies but delivery will be with the Global Priority service – Delivery from 3 working days to Europe and US and 4 working days for most other destinations.
UK Shipping
With all UK orders you will be given a choice as to how you would like you order to be delivered. You can choose from the following:
- First Class: Royal Mail aims to deliver first class on the next working day.
- Second Class: Royal Mail aims to deliver second-class mail within 3 working days.
- Special Delivery – Royal Mail guarantees next day delivery or your money back*. Parcels must be signed for on arrival with this option.

UK GROWORKS ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT RECEIVE THEIR GOODS DUE TO CONFISCATION; UK GROWORKS IS NOT LIABLE FOR FAILURE TO DELIVER OR FOR REFUNDING. Delivery dates times are dependant to any customs inspection that may occur. Duty and tax charges may be made, which may extend the delivery process. UK Groworks uses Royal Mail's Airmail Service.
- Delivery to Europe is expected within 3 workings days and worldwide is 5 working days.
- Same as UK Shipment: All orders that are made before 4pm will be processed and dispatched that day (Monday to Friday).
Orders made on a Saturday before 12pm will also be dispatched the same day. Royal mail delivers on Saturdays but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders made on Sundays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Unfortunately deliveries times are not guaranteed - UK Groworks delivery dates are estimated and could take longer. Royal Mail will dispatch your mail to the specified country on the first available flight, yet please understand that delivery standards in other countries do vary.
ORDERS OVER THE WEIGHTS OF 2000grams WILL BE SHIPPED BY A SPECIAL COURIER THAT WILL REQUIRE THE PACKAGE TO BE SIGNED FOR.
